At 7th Step, our goal is to make your first trip comfortable and stress-free. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Standard Returns
You have 45 days from the day your kit arrives to take it on the trail and test it. If your overnight trip isn’t comfortable, you may be eligible for our Money-Back Guarantee.

The full kit must be returned (clean, dry, and complete).

Consumables like fuel canisters and lighters, are excluded.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
1-Year Warranty
If any item in your kit fails due to a manufacturing defect or falls apart under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Coverage lasts 12 months from purchase.

Damage from misuse, extreme conditions, or lost items is not covered.

Shipping for warranty claims is not covered.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved. You’ll receive your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. If items are missing or excessively worn, a partial refund may apply.

- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- 1-2 Photos of the kit in use
We’ll reply with return instructions and address details.
