At 7th Step™, we work hard to get your trail gear to you fast, safe, and with zero confusion. Please read below for details on shipping timelines, delivery areas, and fulfillment practices.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses, not including Alaska, and Hawaii.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Timeline

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days.

- Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

- Note: The kit may arrive in multiple packages, depending on availability and fulfillment logistics.


Carriers

We use a variety of U.S.-based carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics) depending on item location and shipping speed. You will receive tracking information once your items are shipped.


Packaging

During our early launch, some products may be fulfilled using third-party logistics partners such as Amazon. This allows us to deliver faster and keep costs low. Rest assured: all gear is carefully selected, quality-checked, and covered under our warranty, regardless of packaging origin.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for:

- Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address

- Unclaimed packages returned to sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, some items (e.g., fuel canisters) may not be eligible for air shipment or delivery to certain remote locations. We'll notify you if this affects your order.
